What this site collects.

Very little. This page says exactly what, why and for how long.

Who we are

This website is published by SAEL, the company behind Mitar. SAEL is responsible for the personal data described below.

What we collect

What you send us through the contact form: your name, organisation, role, country, e-mail address, an optional phone number, your message and the option you chose (plan a pilot, see a demonstration or ask a question). When you send a message we also store the date and time, the language of the page you used and a short technical fingerprint: a truncated, salted hash of your network address, used only to limit abuse of the form.

What we do not collect

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies: the fonts, scripts and images are all served from this site. We do not build profiles of visitors. If you close the language banner, your browser keeps one preference flag in its local storage; it is never sent to us.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to arrange a demonstration and to scope a pilot. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

The SAEL people who handle requests, and the hosting and e-mail providers that process the message for us.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to answer you and follow up on a pilot discussion. We delete a message when you ask us to.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Write to us through the contact form and we will answer.
